Crypto payments at Ezz

A coin payment has one property no other rail in the cashier shares: there is nobody to ask for a reversal. No issuer to dispute with, no bank to recall the funds, no provider to match things up by hand. What exists instead is a public record, an identifier and a sequence of confirmations. The network field has no undo

Coin and network are separate fields. A dollar-pegged token circulates on several networks, each with its own address format and its own fee level; Litecoin runs on one network, which removes the decision entirely. The operating rule admits no exceptions: the network chosen in the cashier must be the network used to send. A transfer sent on the wrong network reaches a valid address in a different ledger and stops being recoverable by anyone. No support desk, at any operator, has the means to reverse it.

What a hash proves

Every transaction receives a unique identifier visible on the network's public explorer. It proves three facts simultaneously: that the transfer left a specific address, that it was destined for another specific address, and that it was recorded at a given time. It is the most complete evidence any payment rail produces, and the only kind a player can verify alone, without asking an institution for anything. Keeping it until the balance moves turns a multi-hour problem into a two-minute message.

The confirmation gap is not a failure

Between sending and crediting there is an interval during which the transaction is on the network but has not gathered the number of confirmations the operator requires. In that state the explorer shows the transfer and the gaming account shows nothing, which is normal and needs no action. The habitual mistake is reading the gap as a failure and sending again: two real, irreversible transfers then exist, and one of them was never in anybody's budget.

Who charges what

The fee paid on a transfer belongs to the network, not to the operator or the cashier. It varies with congestion and with the chosen network, and it is charged even when the transaction fails for some other reason. There is no platform fee on this rail. There is, however, a conversion: the gaming balance is denominated in euro, so the amount sent is converted at the rate prevailing when the transaction is credited. Noting that rate at deposit time is what makes a later comparison between money in and money out honest.

Pseudonymous is not anonymous

Addresses carry no names, but the ledger is public and permanent, and the gaming account remains subject to the same identification duties as every other rail. Citizen card front and back, a proof of address issued within the last three months and evidence of the source of funds are still requested before the first payout, as set out in the withdrawal file. Coins avoid sharing bank details; they do not avoid verification.

The way back

Withdrawals go to an address supplied by the player, normally in the same coin and on the same network as the deposit, within 24 hours of approval. That address should belong to a wallet the player controls. Sending straight to an exchange deposit address works, but one unmet tag or memo requirement is enough to strand the value on the far side, somewhere the operator has no standing at all.
