Contacting Ezz Support
A message returned with a request for further information costs, on average, an entire day. That is why this page starts with the contents of the message and only then discusses channels: what decides the speed of a case is not the button chosen but the material attached to it. Ezz support runs on live chat and email, around the clock, in Portuguese and English.

One detail turns a conversation into evidence that survives: asking for the chat transcript to be emailed before the window is closed. A timestamped record is the first thing any escalation forum asks for, and it cannot be rebuilt from memory afterwards.
What a first message has to carry
- The email address the account was opened with — the key the case is found by.
- The date, the time and the time zone of whatever happened.
- The exact amount and the method involved.
- The transaction reference; for a Multibanco payment, the entity and reference in full.
- A screenshot of the status or the error message exactly as it appears.
- A closing sentence naming the outcome being asked for.
- The previous case number, where this continues an existing contact.
A message built that way is frequently settled in a single reply. A message saying only that a withdrawal has not arrived takes two or three exchanges before anyone can even begin searching for the movement — and that is where the difference between waiting minutes and waiting days is created.
The three families of case that fill the inbox
A deposit that has not reached the balance. First step is checking the status in the banking app. Money debited that has not appeared on the other side is almost always pending rather than lost. A Multibanco reference credits when the confirmation reaches the operator rather than at the instant of payment, so the entity and reference pair is what allows the movement to be traced.
A withdrawal that has stopped. The dominant cause is unfinished verification, followed by a mismatch between the account holder and the name attached to the payment instrument. There is a third, ordinary and frequent one: requesting the exit through a rail that cannot send, such as a Multibanco reference or Paysafecard. The whole procedure is on the payments page.
A promotion that was not applied. Usually the amount deposited fell below the offer's minimum, or the method used was excluded by the conditions. Retroactive crediting is rarely possible, which makes reading the conditions beforehand a two-minute investment with a disproportionate return. The arithmetic is in the bonus section.
When to escalate, and how
A reply that recites the terms without applying them to the specific case is the signal to move up a rung. The request goes in writing and names what is wanted: that the case be routed to a supervisor or to the operator's complaints department. Set a reply deadline and record it, because almost every forum further along will want proof that the operator had the chance to resolve it first.
Cases depending on confirmation from a payment provider always take longer than an ordinary question, and that in itself signals nothing. Silence does signal something: no answer within the stated period justifies moving to the route described under complaints, with the evidence folder already assembled.
What support does not decide, and what this site does not do
Three things are easily confused. The agent answering can see the state of a movement, identify a missing document and route a case onward; the same agent cannot override a clause in the terms, waive verification, or return a bonus forfeited under a condition. Compliance decisions are taken in a different department and there are limits on what may be disclosed about them.
Then there is this notebook, which is not the operator and has no access to accounts, balances, documents or transactions. Nobody here releases a payment or reopens an account, and anyone promising to do so for a fee on the strength of inside contacts is committing a fraud. What exists here is a description of the procedure and of the material it demands.
Five minutes of reading before opening a chat
A good share of the messages reaching any support desk already have written answers somewhere on the operator's own pages. The cashier documents minimums, windows and the rails that cannot pay a withdrawal; the promotional conditions document multipliers, category contribution and expiry; the account area documents the verification requirements. Reading those three before writing often saves the contact entirely.
Where a contact is genuinely needed, preparation still pays: having the receipt, the reference and the exact time to hand turns an exploratory conversation into a two-minute check. Between them, the payments, bonus and registration pages cover the origin of most questions.
